Yoga Workshop's in the Twin Cities

Yoga is a great way to exercise your body. It is also a fantastic way to get some stress relief. And in these trying times we can all use a little bit of stress relief. The only difficult part of getting into Yoga can be finding the right place to go. There are a multitude of places you can go, and people you can see about Yoga. The Saint Paul and Minneapolis area is no stranger to yoga. After spending a fair amount of time searching for my own place to seek Yoga bliss, I found three workshops that stood out among the rest of them. I enjoyed them and hope you will too.

1) The Minneapolis Yoga Workshop: This is a wonderful place to go ad have a great Yoga work out. Their philosophy is for harmony of mind body and spirit, and thy truly seek to make that happen for their clients. They have a wide variety of programs including, mediation and yoga. They offer workshops and classes pretty much anytime you could want to take them in varying levels. 2) Bikram Yoga: A Yoga school and workshop place that focuses on traditional Bikram method of 26 postures in a structure sequence performed in a highly heated room of 90 degrees or more. They offer classes several times a day, every day. You do not have to pre register you can just come as a walk in. They do ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early though, and no late comers will be admitted into the class. 3) Core Power Yoga: This is a lager more commercial studio and workshop center, they have places in 5 states. But the bonus of this is that they also have several centers throughout the twin cities area so no matter where you happen to be you can catch a workshop or class. Their schedule is very flexible and should fit in with any busy one you might have. Another great perk is that they offer 1 week of free yoga to beginners so you can decide if it's for you or not.
