Yogurtland is a self-service frozen yogurt store. It currently has locations in California, Hawaii, Nevada, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Colorado, Japan, and Mexico. According to the store's English website, Yogurtland's mission is to "bring people together for the most flavorful, natural, and fun frozen yogurt experience while promoting a healthy lifestyle." When you try a cup of frozen yogurt at Yogurtland, you will see right away that it is definitely a very flavorful experience.

Yogurtland allows customers to serve themselves. Customers pick out a cup size, then head over to the frozen yogurt dispensers. Once the desired frozen yogurt flavors have been added to the cup, the customer can then choose to add toppings. There are also a few sweet sauces that can be added on top to complete the froyo creation. The price of each cup of frozen yogurt is based on the total weight, including toppings and everything. Once a customer is done creating a cup of frozen yogurt, he or she takes it over to the register and places it on a balance. The balance will weigh the cup of froyo. Currently, Yogurtland sells for $0.30 per ounce. The price of your cup of frozen yogurt will be based on this rate.

The flavors that are available at Yogurtland range from the usual fruity and tart frozen yogurts to Cookies and Cream. There is also a New York Cheesecake flavor, a taro flavor, and many others. You will surely find one that suits your taste buds.

The frozen yogurt dispensers are set up according to flavor. Each set of dispensers has three nozzles. The left nozzle has one flavor, while the right nozzle has another flavor. The middle nozzle is a combination of these two flavors. This allows customers to pick individual flavors as well as try suggested combinations of flavors by using the middle nozzle of a set of dispensers.

The toppings available offer even more variety. Toppings range from mini M&M's to mochi balls to fresh fruits and nuts. You can add as much as you would like, but just remember that whatever you add to your cup will count towards the total price in the end.

The flavor of the frozen yogurt at Yogurtland is excellent. The yogurt is creamy, soft, and smooth, the way frozen yogurt should taste. The toppings are also of high quality. The only way Yogurtland can taste bad is if you yourself create a poor combination of flavors.

Most, if not all, Yogurtland stores also have a strawberry water dispenser. Customers can help themselves to a cup of strawberry water free of charge. The strawberry water is essentially fresh strawberries sitting in water. The result tastes just like water with a hint of strawberry. It is very refreshing.

The interior design of Yogurtland is visually appealing and adds that special touch that makes it a fun place to enjoy some frozen yogurt. The colorful walls and furniture create a welcoming atmosphere that is at once lively and relaxing. Even the biodegradable spoon that they provide is a bright, upbeat color that further adds to the froyo experience. Because of this, Yogurtland is a great place for friends to gather and enjoy a tasty and relatively healthy snack together.

All of these elements combine to make the store's mission statement ring true.

For those living in Arcadia, CA, there is a Yogurtland located on 633 W. Duarte Rd. It is open from 11am to 11pm Monday through Thursday and 11am to 12am on Friday and Saturday.
