People love to eat. I think people eat too much! look at the sizes of servings in restaurants today compared to years ago. America is also the fattest country in the entire world. There are people in Germany, right this moment who are senior citizens who hike up mountains, and ride bikes. They look good, and most importantly feel good. There are probably more than 2, 400 diseases that we have that are not even found in animals.
We tend to eat, spice, stew, fry, etc. overloading our bodies with stuff, and wonder 'why' we feel bad. When we abuse our bodies that much, it excites the mucus lining in the stomach and intestines, which then causes them to secrete a lot of digestive fluid that leaves them exhausted an unable to perform when natural food is eaten. Headaches and stomach pains are caused by eating the wrong food combinations.
Fruits and vegetables should not be eaten in the same meal. Fruits take one hour to digest, vegetables take four hours. Leave sugar off your fruit, because it then ferments. That combination causes gas and heartburn. Animals don't need antacids. They don't get ulcers or have constipation like we do. Their stomach and intestines are healthy and do not have decay and debris. Their foods are natural, and contain all the enzymes and other elements that keep them perfectly healthy.
When we boil, fry, stew season and ferment our food, all the important enzymes and elements are eliminated. Again, it should be no surprise why you have gas, heartburn, ulcers, constipation and diarrhea. Here is a list of foods that make you healthy and heal your stomach and intestines fairly quickly.
Oranges, fresh pairs, persimmons, tangerines, lemons, limes, grapefruits, blackberries, strawberries, pineapple, dates, grapes, currants, loganberries, apples, raisins, plums, cherries, dried prunes, dried or fresh apricots, peaches, raspberries, dried or fresh figs, watermelon, cantaloupe.
Organic is the best way to go if you can afford it. Fresh fruits are the ultimate choice, dried fruits are second and canned are third. If you can afford fresh fruits, don't bother with canned at all. The only exceptions to this are canned pineapple and grapefruit. It's because they don't contain any artificial sweeteners. Here are some more healing foods.
Turnips, asparagus, cauliflower raw cabbage, string beans, oyster plant, kohlrabi, raw onions, green peppers, green peas, artichokes, raw carrots, okra, radishes, greens, parsnips, beets. lettuce, chard, raw celery, spinach, watercress, tomatoes, fresh or canned, cucumbers, squash, pumpkin, green corn.
Again, fresh vegetables are the ultimate choice, and if you can buy organic. Tomatoes can be boiled, stewed, fried and whatever, and still keep all their vitamins and minerals. Doing that to any other vegetable makes them worthless. Be careful of how you combine your foods, and eat in moderation, and all your 'normal' aches and pains will become history.
