You Know Who You Are (Only a Few Names Mentioned)
Gratitude Poem
Where do you get your marching orders!
Some writers have a knack, a special appeal
Of course names with angel works wonders
And sets me off on the road, with every wheel
In head and hand and pens and notebooks cycling
As I mine my heart and soul for words
Always returning to the Word, recycling
The promise of peace beyond understanding, truths
That have been told to us by Moses, Elijah... now you
Thank you Cathy Montville, mountain heart
And Angels whowrite and say those words with the glue
Of life and love and lure to make more art
Other than for you, my pen may be rusting, or resting
And collecting another kind of glue-- dust
Thanks for allowing the dusting of cobwebs
Among my poetry, haiku and health care
To move on and kepp on keeping on
