You Might Be a Progressive If . . .

You leave the White House and the de facto second most powerful job on the planet, Chief of Staff to the POTUS, to run for mayor of Chicago.

You believe PFC Bradley Manning is a hero.

You are a self loathing Jew who believes it is the nation of Israel...ya know, the Israel the UN set up, the wonderful, infallible UN, them...are the aggressors in the Middle East, and the poor Palestinian's are victims no matter how many rockets fly from Gaza to kill Israeli civilians.

You believe Bush on the job for 10 months at the time of 9/11 is totally to blame, yet 23 months after Obama assumes power, he is not to blame for anything at all.

You think we need to pass the bill to see what's in it.

You believe it's better to have gas skyrocket and let every other nation drill the Gulf of Mexico, but keep our moratorium on Gulf drilling to save the planet. Oh, meanwhile it's cool to lend Brazil $2 billion for Gulf oil drilling development, especially after George Soros buys a bunch of Brazilian oil stock and Soros makes tens of millions in profit.

You think that despite Net Neutrality being unwanted and not liked by more then 2/3rd's of the nation, it's all about making sure "every nappy headed child" has internet service.

You believe the "commerce clause" covers government being able to legislate and regulate EVERYTHING.

You think that now you're in the political minority it would be bipartisan if there were a political action committee called "No Labels," ya know, so you don't go identifying yourselves as losers, or conversely, to make sure conservatism cannot be identified as the winner.

You think American Christians are dangerous to the Republic but terror profiling on Muslims is unfair. And mosque? What Ground Zero mosque?

You think Che's image on a t-shirt is high fashion.

You favor curtailing conservative political speech as hate, but think its imperative that Wikileaks be open for business.

You think it's election fraud if the Chamber of Commerce takes foreign donations, but armed New Black Panthers outside a polling place is not a problem at all.

Lastly, you might be a corrupt progressive if you're a hypocrite who gets really angry reading this and in response you offer "When Clinton lied nobody died." Good one! Yup, you win again with your clever repartee!
