You Want Health but Can't Eat Tons of Fruit. Here's the Solution

In response to some articles written about which fruits are the healthiest and which fruits are the best to reduce inflammation, I've decided it is time for me to contribute what I have found to be true from personal experience. If you've ever taken a biology class, you learned about apoptosis. The damaged cells are programmed to commit suicide. This is the body's natural defense against illness. Unfortunately in today's society, we are bombarded with pollution, poisoned food and stress. By poisoned food I am specifically referring to growth hormones that are fed to animals, partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, and artificial sweeteners. All these factors and others create free radicals in our body that contribute to oxidative stress. A good example of oxidative stress is buying a green banana at the store. In a couple days it turns yellow, then a couple more days it starts to brown, until it becomes black if you have not eaten it yet. The same process happens in your body. When your body keeps getting damaged by free radicals and it does not have time to heal, apoptosis is actually interrupted. It cannot perform due to the overwhelming level of inflammation in your body. Imagine you were a cell and your car was unfit for driving because you didn't take care of it properly. People tend to take better care of their tangible possesions than their own body. They are either not aware of what is happening or they have been conditioned by the government to believe that if something is wrong, then drugs and amputation is the only means. Well it is not the only way. You can naturally prevent most disesases with proper nutrition which starts with eating more anti-inflammatory foods and less pro-inflammatory foods.

The best fruits I have discovered to date for optimal health are acai, cupuacu, and wolfberry. Unfortunately, these fruits are not common in your local grocery store. In fact, acai rots 24 hours after it is harvested. Therefore, most of those acai drinks in the supermarket are about as healthy for you as grape juice. Don't get me wrong. Grape juice is decent, but you can do better and save your money!
By consuming a diet high in fruit and low in saturated fats, one improves their overall health. If one is healthy, then they cannot get sick. But certain people cannot eat a diet high in frutis because of the high sugar content or because they are allergic to certain fruits. That is why MonaVie came up with a solution, a blend of 19 whole fruits including the main ingredient the acai berry. There are 3 types of MonaVie: Original, Active and Pulse. Original is for nursing moms and children. It also contains wolfberry. The Active has the same fruits as the original blend with esterified fatty acids and glucosamine HCl for joint health. Pulse is for heart health. It contains acai, cupuacu, concord grape and sixteen other fruits. It also has 0.2 grams of plant sterols per ounce. A diet low in saturated fat with 0.8 grams of plant sterols may reduce the risk of heart disease. It also contains the anti-inflammatory resveratrol and omega 3. Do yourself a favor and try MonaVie for a month. It just may save your life like it has done for thousands already.
