Young and the Restless: January 14th, 2011

Jack warns Diane about getting in the middle of his and Victor's fights. He also tells her that Victor isn't a kind and generous man. Jack shares with Diane of how Victor set Adam up, but Victor tells him he has no evidence. He then tells Victor about the perfume bottle, the burned down shack and the key-chain that he has found. Diane still decides to stay with Victor and says she will protect herself and Kyle.

Sharon meets up with Victor and tells him that she knows the truth. She asks why Victor has lied to her. He continues to tell Sharon that she has let Adam get under her skin too much. Sharon shares with Victor that Adam will be released from jail soon because of new evidence that was found. While he promises that he will continue to always look out for her, Victor still doesn't admit to setting up Adam. Sharon leaves the club to head back to the jail to see Adam.

At the Genoa City jail, Adam is set free, with all charges dropped after Vance shares the new found evidence with the D.A. And the judge. Sharon tells Adam that he can come live with her. Victor also learns of Adam's freedom once he spots Adam at the club.

Heather continues digging through the drug chain case. She confronts Ronan until he tells her the truth about Chance. Heather tells Ronan that she knows that the gun had blanks. Ronan begins to tell her that there was no way that the gun had blanks, but Heather demands the truth. He shares with Heather about how he can no longer confide in her because she told Nina about his disease. She says it was only because she cared about him, and she continues to demand the truth about Chance. Ronan finally breaks down and tells Heather that yes, Chance is still alive.

At Genoa City hospital, Daniel begins to talk with his mother, Jack and Michael. They slowly begin to ask him if he remembers anything about the night with Daisy. As far as they are all concerned, Daisy is still on the run and pregnant. Daniel tells them he remembers arguing and Daisy yelling at him. He can't seem to remember what they were fighting about though. When Michael and Phyllis speak of Daisy still being pregnant, Daniel is confused. Does Daniel remember his baby being born?

Billy meets with Primrose for a last time. He asks to see the baby before he transfers the last million over to her. After some hesitation, Primrose goes to retrieve the baby and brings it back to show Billy. Billy makes the phone call to transfer the money. After it is confirmed, Primrose gives the baby to Billy. While he is happy, he is a little unsure of exactly what to tell others of how he adopted a baby so fast. Primrose only tells him of a girl who was unable to keep her baby, and wanted to give it a good home. The first case fell through, and the baby needed a home quick. Although there is some hesitation, Billy wants to make Victoria's dream come true, so he heads home with the newborn baby girl.

While Billy was out making his "business deal" with Primrose, Nick came to see Victoria. Nick and Victoria make up from the fight that they had earlier. They both say that they are sorry and don't want to let business get in the way of their relationship. Victoria shares with Nick her diagnosis from the doctor: she can no longer have anymore children. Nick tells her he is sorry and shares his grief with her. They make up, and he heads back home. Diane comes by to see Nick at home for another romantic afternoon...

After Nick leaves, Billy comes home with the baby. He tells Victoria that he loves her and has a surprise for her... Billy turns around to show Victoria the baby girl he has brought home... She is stunned and speechless...
