'Young and the Restless': Questions and Lies

As Sharon and Adam begin their new life with his new-found freedom, all seems to be happy in their world-until the FBI shows up to question Sharon. At first she seems happy that someone finally wants to talk to her about her story and finding Skye. As they begin to get further into the conversation, the agent asks Sharon if she was angry when she found out Skye was alive and Adam was in jail for her death. Adam begins to catch the agent's drift, and asks him to stop. He questions the FBI agent if he is accusing Sharon of Skye's murder. And then Sharon stops her story to wait for his answer. According to statistics he answers, nobody has ever fallen into a volcano in that area. Adam tells him he can't go just on statistics and then Sharon tells the agent he should go question Victor-he is responsible for setting up Skye's death. The agent leaves and heads over to Victor's house.

A little later, the agent shows up at Victor's house and then begins to question his business trip. He requests to speak with the pilot and to get a list of all of the places that he had his business meetings. The agent also asks Nick if Victor kept in touch while he was away. He also questions if Victor was in Hawaii. Towards the end of conversation, he then asks if perhaps his ex-daughter in law had anything against him. Victor asks why and then the agent tells Victor that it was Sharon who requested that he speak with Victor. Victor seems shocked and tells Nick that the only reason she did so is because of Adam's hold on her...

Nick and Sharon find out the answers to their hearing in family court. The judge denied Nick's petition and did not see any harm that Adam could cause Faith since all of the charges were dropped. Nick and Sharon must still share custody of baby Faith. Once Sharon finds out, she heads over to Victor's and demands to have her daughter from Nick. She tells Nick that he can't keep Faith from her and to hand her baby over to her now!

Kevin finds himself in a bind where it concerns Jana once again. After taking her to the movies to try to "get back some of her memory," they head home. Jana remembers being locked up by Ryder and Daisy, but still pretends to believe that the two of them are married. She really wants to take Kevin back to the bedroom, but Kevin tries to think of every excuse. Trying to pretend that he is married to Jana is really starting to get hard as Jana pushes further trying to get Kevin to be with her. Chloe gives Kevin a phone call and Kevin tells her of his difficult situation. Later, Chloe speaks with her mother who tries to intervene and save Kevin. She comes over to begin making some chicken noodle soup for his "cold," and tells him she needs onion to put in it. Jana won't let Kevin leave. In the mean time, Chloe is trying to set up a surprise for Kevin so that they can spend some time together. Although, once again, Jana wins and Chloe and Kevin are both left disappointed. Kevin asks Chloe's mother to do a favor for him. He buys Chloe a gift-a necklace and a party hat with noisemaker. He calls Chloe to "wish her a happy new year." Chloe says it isn't quite happy yet and tells Kevin not to make her wait too long. How long will Chloe be able to wait before Jana "gets her memory back?" Will this make it impossible for Chloe and Kevin to ever be able to have a relationship?

Cane's situation is also becoming very difficult. His father has asked Jill to marry him and she accepts. Blake "accidentally" gets he and Lilly locked in the wine cellar so that he can tell her about Samantha. Lilly is angered when she finds out Cane hasn't told her about Lilly. Some minutes later, Blake and Lilly are able to get out of the cellar. Cane sees Lilly and Blake together and he makes an angered outburst, yelling at Blake saying that he thought he told him to stay away from her. Everyone is shocked at his outburst. The new information and outburst has put a damper on Lilly and Cane's evening. Lilly tells Cane that the more she begins to find out about him, the more she thinks that she doesn't really know him. Blake and Cane's father are happy about the small "disruption" that they have caused for their evening. Will Blake and Cane's father end up breaking up Cane's marriage? Or will Lilly find out the truth soon and walk away?....
