Your Guide to the Beautiful Summer Wedding Of Your Dreams

Laura Frost
Summer brings about many different aspects of life changing memories such as babies and weddings. Summer is usually given to the kids because it means no school, sleeping in, lots of sun and plenty of swimming but there's no rule saying that adults can't get the most out of summer also! However, this article is fully devoted to those who have chosen a summer date to devote their lives to one another.

Planning your wedding during the summer can be a blast of fun; summer weddings use an array of beautiful colors that allow both the groom and bride to be completely satisfied. These colors include pink, light blue, lilac, light green and yellow also known as pastel colors. There are many themes in which can be chosen upon when planning your summer wedding such as an Independence Day wedding, Midsummer wedding, or even a beach wedding. However with these different themed weddings comes a very different change of events, flowers, receptions and of course bride and groom attire. Here is some advice to help to plan your summer wedding.

Planning a Beach Wedding:

This particular type of wedding can be set as a huge wedding with a lot of friends and family or it can be set in event in which a couple is getting eloped. Either way, a beach wedding makes for a nature lover's fantasy wedding. As far as your attire you can choose to go with a nice sundress while your groom wears his pants rolled up, either of you can wear sun shoes such as flip flops or sandals or choose to go barefoot for a true feel of nature while you say your vows. The most wonderful thing about a beach wedding is that when you have gotten married, had your reception and said good-bye to your guests you are already in your honeymoon destination if you so choose!

Planning a Midsummer wedding:

This wedding offers more of an array of colors touched on in the second paragraph. You can use any of the colors to make your wedding magical; the precious thing about a Midsummer wedding is that it can be the fairytale wedding all girls and women secretly and sometimes not so secretly dream of. Your chosen attire could consist of a fancy fairytale dress or even of a prom dress style with accents of the colors listed above. You should use sandals which accent your dress and flowers which make your hair that much more set for the wedding you've always dreamed about. As far as flowers go, roses go best with this wedding as they are considered the flower of choice for a fantasy wedding. To add to the fantasy feeling of your wedding, choose to let doves or butterflies go at the end of your ceremony to signify the message of your bond.

Planning an Independence Day Wedding:

This type of wedding can be an explosive way to introduce the history of America to your ideal wedding. This themed wedding can portray more than just a fantasy wedding it gives your patriotic side a chance to come out and honor America. Choosing this type of theme does not mean that you have to go around wearing the American flag as your wedding dress: that is just optional! Some people find that disrespectful of course, therefore just using the basic red, white and blue colors will give your wedding the right amount of patriotic style while giving yourselves more than just one reason to celebrate a unique yet memorable wedding.

No matter what wedding theme you choose, you should choose one that your partner and yourself are happy with. This should mark one of the most memorable days of your life and should be no less than perfect!
