Well, you are wrong-just like I was. I was looking for advice on how to style my eyes-touchy subject because I wear glasses. At YouTube I found the best and very practical advice-with easy demo too. Much better that most of the established beauty sites out there.

So who saved my eyes from boredom? It was YouTube's best beauty guru.

Michelle Phan-one word to describe this guru would be amazing. Michelle Phan is a true artist and that is reflected by her makeup and style advice. Her videos are very professional-simple and easy to follow. Michelle doesn't rush through things and explains the steps-that should explain her huge subscriber base.

Michelle Phan's channel at YouTube has 646,648 subscribers and she is also one of the most subscribed gurus at YouTube.

In February of this year, Michelle Phan was signed by Lancome-she will be producing videos, highlighting various Lancome products. The line is still in its developing stage and the products already in the market-acne serum, sunscreen and jasmine rice scrub are getting good reviews from the users-although some say that they are over priced.

A big step for Michelle, whose parents immigrated to America from Vietnam and started a new life in a foreign land with big dreams and not much else. Her father left the family when Michelle was young and she faced hardships growing up.
