Planning a weekend party
Makes for a busy Friday
No time for emails
No time for online play
Makes for a busy Friday
No time for emails
No time for online play
Party and work
Consumed the weekend
Monday morning comes
Emails without end
Cleared out spam
Checked Google alerts
Had a few comments
Which I checked first
Got to subscriber's list
Read them one by one
Commented and clicked
Haikus totaled 61
This should teach me
To never ignore
The "you've got mail"
For a day and no more
243 emails
I slowly made it through
Time to kick up my feet
And try some Witch's brew

Post a CommentCute! I think almost everyone can relate to this one.
I LOVE THIS, Kim! And it is SOOOOO true! Anytime I take a day off from checking my emails, it takes me two or three days to catch up! At least the Haikus are quick to get through. :-)
This rocks!
LOL, I can so relate to this!
Boy, I know exactly how you feel, Kim! I'm still digging my way out of all these emails...
This is so cute, I really liked it, :o) :o)
Nice work! I get around 150 per day while at work, to weed through.
Getting behind can be frustrating, can't it. So much to read; so little time. I totally get it.
Haha! Cute! My inbox gets so full that I can't let it go for a day or else I'm overwhelmed - so I completely understand! That'll teach you to have a life away from the computer. ;)
