2 cups wheat Montana white flour (regular flour will serve in a pinch)
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
6 oz fruit yogurt (1 container)
1 large egg beaten
4 TBSP oil
1 1/2 cups fruit (blueberries, huckleberries, cherries, peaches)
1 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients except fruit. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix. Fold in fruit. Pour into greased bread pan and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
