Napa Cabbage salad is a big favorite at our dinner table, I always have requests from family members to bring it to all the dinners we are invited to.

2 heads napa cabbage (torn into bit size pieces).
6 green onions, chopped
2. pkg. oriental ramen noodles
1/2 C. sunflower seeeds
1/2 C. sliced almonds
Brown or toast the noodles, seeds and almonds in 1/4 cup of butter or olive oil. Set aside until ready to serve.

Make dressing as follows and set aside until ready to serve.
1/2 C. oil
1/2 C. sugar
1/4 C. apple cider vinegar
2 flavor packets from the ramen noodles
1 T. soy sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Place in a ar with tight fitting lie and shake well. When ready to serve mix the cabbage and green onions then sprinkle with the noodle/seed/almond mixture, then pour on the well mixed dressing.

This takes approximately 30 minutes to prepare and makes about 15 servings; it is nothing short of fabulous.

Enjoy!
