Yummy! Spoonbread Recipe
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 package (8 1/2 ounce) corn muffin mix
1 can (8 ounce) cream style corn
(or 17 ounce whole kernel corn drained)
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup (4 ounce) shredded cheese
Combine eggs, muffin mix, corn, sour cream and butter. Spread in lightly oiled 7x11 baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top the last 15 minutes. This is some good eatin!!!
