Zaadz - a Spiritual Social Networking Website

Looking for a Social Networking Site for Spiritual Seekers? Check Out Zaadz!

Abigail Beal
Quite a few social networking websites have developed over the past few years. Most recently Zaadz, a new social networking website dedicated to social networking for spiritual people.

Their mission is simple, but rather large in scope: They are going to change the world. Their website lists their mission as "Our math goes like this: you be the change + you follow your bliss + you give your greatest strengths to the world moment to moment to moment + we do everything in our power to help you succeed + you inspire and empower everyone you know to do the same + we team up with millions like us = we just affected billions = we (together) changed the world." A very inspiring mission indeed.

Their name comes from a Dutch word zaad meaning "seed". Zaadz reminds us that within a seed there is great potential and that this reminds us of the great potential within each and every one of us.

Zaadz reminds me of transformational leaders, such as Ghandi and Martin Luther King, Jr., because they inspired their followers to also become leaders and this is what Zaadz is calling for its members to do: to become leaders of their own type in helping to make the world a better place. They describe their site as "social networking with a purpose" and they certainly have a lot of drive and passion behind their mission. They have created a space for people who value things such as love and kindness and courage and compassion - to connect with each other. When you sign on to Zaadz for the first time, you agree to help keep Zaadz a sacred space. That certainly is not the typical "terms and conditions" that most social networking websites ask you to agree to.

You can sign up for an account with Zaadz and you get a blog, your own page and the ability to invite friends. There are pages to list events that would appeal to others at Zaadz. There are also what are called zPods, groups of members at Zaadz all interested in specific things.

There is also a section to list inspiring quotes, or books that you like and think that other people would enjoy. This is a wonderful resources for members.

Zaadz is an inspiring place to be, especially if you would describe yourself as a visionary, or someone who listens deeply to your spiritual side. It gives you a chance to connect with other people like yourself, or perhaps other people with similar interests who may have differering viewpoints - but that can be very interesting as well, and good for balance.

Zaadz is a great place to connect with other spiritual and inspiring people. If you hope to change the world, this is certainly a great place to connect with other people to start the process for change.

Ok, am I just going crazy or are none of the links people are sharing working?!?! If you want a site that truly lives up to what most people are looking for then try 1 S.O.U.L. at http://www.the1soulwithin.com 1 S.O.U.L. is an acronym for "One Source Of Universal Love" and its a Spiritual Nexus for Holistic Living where you get articles, blogs, videos and more related to self-improvement, meditation, yoga, health, law of attraction where you can meet people of like-minds and share and grow. This site and link actually work... Blessings & Namaste!

Well that's strange, they are advertizing Zaadz but there is no link provided to it. And KarmaCafe.com is not viewable either. LOL
If you are promoting any websites, you should make sure that there are links for it and that they are working. Just a suggestion.
