Zanzhosting.Com: A Hosting Site Review

Hello everyone! First of all I would like to say that i have been hosted with zanzhosting for over 4 months, and I'm pretty pleased with the service I received from them. I am using their service as a master reseller, and it has been the best master reseller I have ever used so far. Here are the categories which I rated them under.

PRICE: 9.5

The price was very good for what i got. i got 10 GB of space and 100 GB of bandwidth for only $56 a year. The thing that really surprised me was that these servers weren't oversold at all. Heck, they could fit a lot more users into the servers and they would still be fine. Their regular prices are sort of expensive, so always look on forum like Digital Point for special deals.

Customer Support: 10

They really offer the BEST customer support i have ever seen from a host. Most tickets were answered in less than 30 minutes. Most of the time they also have live chat ready, so if you ever need quick help you are covered. This also shows that zanz hosting isn't just a one mans job, since one person couldn't offer such great support :D

Uptime: 9

This was the one part that could have been a little better. My site was up for most of the time, but not long ago they had to have a server switch which brought their main site down for a few days (although customer sites were still up, you couldn't really know from them what was going on). That was pretty much it. Hopefully because their server move has been completed, this kind of uptime will not happen again.

Server Load: 9.9

Zanz really has always a nice and low server load, so my site always worked quickly on the web. If there ever was a spike in server load it went down quickly (example: my site had gotten a lot of extra traffic that day). The one time it was really high was during the server switch, but that is expected considering they had to copy the files from one server to the other. If it wasn't for that I'd give them a 10 for server load.

Overall: 9.5

Zanzhosting really was one of the greatest hosts I have ever used, and hopefully will use for many days to go. With their friendly support and great deal I got (did i mention i got a free domain!?), they have gone up and above my greatest expectations, and because of this I really do recommend them to anyone who needs hosting :D
