Zeno Hot Spot: Zit-Zapping Machine

Amanda Furbeck
Enough is enough! If you're at all like me, you're sick and tired of pimples popping up at the worst possible times. You've tried all the usual stuff: benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, etc etc. But have you tried the Zeno Hot Spot? In a desperate attempt to get rid of the worst pimple of my life, I tried it. Here's what happened.

I woke up one morning with a slightly swollen eye, especially between the bridge of my nose and my eyebrow. At first I thought it was a bad case of allergies, then I thought it was the dreaded pink eye. Nope. As the day progressed, a nice big blemish formed right in the corner of my eye. And there was no where to hide. It was extremely painful and looked awful. People kept asking me if I got a spider bite by my eye. Gross! I was terribly embarrassed. In a frantic attempt to get rid of it fast, I ran out to the pharmacy and spent a small fortune on creams, cover-ups, and a Zeno Hot Spot. I was desperate. Really desperate.

What is it? The Hot Spot is a small, handheld device that uses heat to destroy the bacteria that causes acne. It is compact, portable, and comes in pink and blue.

How does it work? The Zeno Hot Spot is very simple to use. Just hold the metal tip of the device against your blemish, touch the on button, and let the Hot Spot do its work. Each unit can be used 80 times before it needs to be replaced. Zeno claims that you will see a visible difference in just one hour after using the Hot Spot, and 90 percent of blemishes will be reduced or eliminated within 24 hours.

How much does it cost? The Hot Spot costs $39.99 and you can order it at http://www.myzeno.com/.
.
Did it really work? I can tell you that I did see some improvement immediately after using the Hot Spot. The pimple was terribly painful, and the Hot Spot actually relieved some of that discomfort. That made it all worth it for me. Sadly, it didn't work the miracle that I was hoping for, but it did help reduce the size and severity of the preposterous pimple. And I felt better knowing that I was at least doing something to improve my situation. I can't say if the Hot Spot will work great for you or not, but I do think its worth a try. After all, you've got nothing to lose but pimples.
