Ingredients

16 oz marinated artichoke hearts - jarred or canned
8 oz whipped cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise - regular or low fat
1 tbsp garlic cloves - minced
2 cups parmesan cheese - fresh, finely grated
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 scallion - finely chopped (green part only)
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp soy sauce

Directions for Zesty Artichoke Dip

Drain and Lightly Mash Artichokes
Drain and discard all the liquid marinade. Gently mash the artichoke hearts in a mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese, grated parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, scallion, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, hot sauce and soy sauce. Mix well and pour into a lightly greased baking dish

Bake In Pre-heated 375 Degree Oven For About 10 Minutes
Bake dip in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 10 - 15 minutes or until warm. Add additional grated parmesan cheese on top if desired. Remove and serve warm wiht your favorite vegetables, crackers or chips.
