1 16 oz. bottle creamy italian salad dressing
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce (optional)
2 TBSP minced garlic
1 TBSP ground black pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Pour over steaks or chicken pieces, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Other ideas:
For added zip, throw in a tablespoon of crushed red pepper.
For some excellent shish kabobs, cut meat into bite sized pieces before marinating. Cut bite-sized pieces of red and green bell pepper, purple onion, and mushrooms, and put in a seperate batch of marinade. After refrigerating overnight, drain and put on skewers to grill or bake. Save the drained-off marinade to put in baking pan or baste with while grilling.
