Zhenya Zoning Real Estate Company (ZEN : SLCAPEX) closed out a very active month with a small profit of just under L$14,000, a sharp turn around from an almost L$50,000 loss in November. CEO Ashleigh Wade provided forward guidance suggesting that fluctuations in breaking even, small profits, and small losses are to be expected going forward into Q1, and that dividends would be discussed by the Board of Directors in March, June, September and December, 2009.

Regarding ZEN(SLCAPEX) estate operations, Wade stated that occupancy is at a steady 80%. A new gated community called "The Enclave at Panther Valley" has some parcels available, and "they are 'perfect' for a townhouse or gallery," Wade stated.

ZEN(SLCAPEX)'s fashion district ZEN Fifth Avenue was featured in the December 23rd Metaverse Messenger, and presents a SL version of shopping in upscale New York.

ZEN(SLCAPEX) holds regular town hall meetings with their residents, with one coming up January 17th, 2009, and another on January 31st, 2009. The meetings are held at the Town Hall in Tuscarora.

Arnaud Villota has ceased being the Cheif Client Services Officer, having moved on to work with Phoenix Distribution (PHX : SLCAPEX), but remains on the Board of Directors as CFO.

Wade concluded the press release stating, "I am pleased with what we have achieved since the end of September. Our team is strong and our community is strong. Our tenants are great and we are on the right path. I look forward to the new year and what it holds."

This company has got to be the worst company, been with them for almost a year but when it came down to missing a payment they don't even compromise and will return your items without recourse and tell you oh well. I would not recomend this place to anyone.
