Zombieland Reviews Successfully Nut Up

Zombieland reviews likely had low expectations for a zombie spoof. However, Zombieland reviews are among the best for a comedy in a while. These Zombieland reviews will help the movie challenge Shawn of the Dead as the best zombie comedy in recent memory. Despite not being made in Britain, Zombieland is a favorable destination, according to review responses. Though vampires are still the hot supernatural creatures of the moment, favorable Zombieland reviews have put zombies back on the radar - although the humans may be the main attraction.

Like Shawn of the Dead, Zombieland takes a satirical look at the zombie genre, with unlikely humans battling the creatures in comical fashion. In this case, the humans in question are Woody Harrelson as a fearless zombie hunter, Jesse Eisenberg as his more timid partner, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin as sisters that they run into - and a special "surprise" guest in the third act.

The Zombieland review consensus is very favorable on Rotten Tomatoes, with reviews up to 89% positive. Rotten Tomatoes states "Wickedly funny and featuring plenty of gore, Zombieland is proof that the zombie subgenre is far from dead."

Thanks to the approach of first time director Ruben Fleischer, and the well received cast - especially Harrelson and the comedic legend who takes over the last half hour - Zombieland reviews point to the movie getting some kind of cult following.

Out of the two high concept comedies released this week, Zombieland has much better reviews than Ricky Gervais's The Invention of Lying, which has divided reviews and many disappointed critics. Zombieland likely had far lower expectations and hopes coming in, but it may be the best new source for comedy this weekend.

That may be reflected in box office totals, as Entertainment Weekly projects Zombieland as the likely box office champion this weekend. It's biggest competition is likely two-time defending champion Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs - which is produced by Sony, just like Zombieland. Both movies already have higher than expected reviews, and both may have box office success to go with it for the studio.

That would give Zombieland a leg up over Shawn of the Dead and other horror comedies that didn't have big box office openings - with Jennifer's Body as the most recent example. With that, and the review approval, the movie appears to have taken the advice of Harrelson's character to either "nut up or shut up."

Way to redundantly drop "Zombieland reviews" like 8 times in the paragraph to ensure you'd be top on the Goog search. It would be forgivable if this wasn't a laughably terrible article. This passes for writing these days?
