This trend has exploded all over the internet, as well. From zombie advertisement websites, to zombie apps on Facebook, to zombie stories, there is a zombie for everyone on the internet today. Here is my list of some of the best, or at least most entertaining, place to find zombies on the internet. This is - Zombies Ate My Internet...
Let us start with Facebook, shall we? It does not matter what you are into or looking for (keep your minds at a PG-13, please), you can almost always bet that Facebook has thousands of pages dedicated to that topic, and zombies are no different. As of July 31, 2010, there were about 12,000 results for the search keyword zombie. They range from entertaining fan pages like If There is Going to be an Apocalypse in 2012 It Better be a Zombie One to Mafia Wars-style game apps, one of my favorites being Gangsta Zombies.
Once you are done wasting time over at Facebook, it may be time to get those braincells working again. If this is the case, head on over to The Zombie Survival Guide: Recorded Attacks, and check out Max Brooks newest zombie book. Max Brooks is the author of the hit zombie books World War Z and The Zombie Survival Guide. His internet site for his newest zombie hit features the usual suspects; downloads of wallpapers and screen savers, an iPhone app, and a preview download featuring the first chapter of The Zombie Survival Guide: Recorded Attacks.
Next, we are going to jump on over to atom.com. Atom.com has become the top internet site for indie and short films out there. The tag zombie in a blog search brings up numerous entertaining entries; as does a search in the video section. Zombie Island is an amateur short film about three friend strapped on zombie island. Zombie Island is a few years old, so it does seem cheesy at points, but what zombie classic isn't?
There are numerous other zombie gems all over the internet, but I am sure these three will be great starting off points for everybody. And please share any of your favorite zombie internet sites in the comment section, also.

Post a CommentYou know, Alyce, I'm not really sure what it is about zombies. All I know is that i have been obsessed since I first saw THE zombie film 'Night of the Living Dead' by the Father of the Modern Zombie, George Romero.
Probably due to the number of times I see that word, zombie, I often wonder why so many people can not get enough zombies. I saw a book review in Reader's Digest, however, and suddenly wanted to read it even though I am not into zombies, it sounded interesting.
mmm brains! (= hehe
Brains! Fresh brains!
