The Last Gabor Sister

After receiving her last rites, the Hungarian born actress Zsa Zsa Gabor returned home on August 16, 2010 with a 50/50 chance of survival. Zsa Zsa was hospitalized with complications from her hip surgery. Today, August 31, 2010, Zsa Zsa has returned to the hospital. Prince Frederic Von Anhalt, Zsa Zsa's husband called paramedics and she was taken to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, she was unconscious. Doctors were able to stabilize Ms. Gabor.

The 93 year old Zsa Zsa is the last surviving Gabor sister. Eva Gabor died July 4, 1995 at the age of 76. Many of you may remember Eva as Lisa Douglas on the show Green Acres with Eddie Albert. Eva was the youngest of the Gabor sisters. Jolie Gabor, their mother died on April 1, 1997 at the age of 100 never knowing that Eva, her youngest had died. Magda Gabor, the oldest followed her mother only two months later, dying from renal failure on June 6, 1997.

    I was so saddened to see the pictures they put of her on the news. I know thiat its reality but I wish we could remember her the way she was. Thank you for the informative and very real article.
